Shipping & delivery

Orders usually ship within 1-2 working days after you place your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Tracking Number by email. 

If you have not received your tracking number directly from the carrier, it may be in your junk folder. 

All orders ship from our workshop in northern California.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders to the US east coast tend to take about a week. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited and tend to take 4 days.

International Shipping:

In addition to Australia and New Zealand, we have also recently begun shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Please note that our pricing does not include VAT and customs duties. These will be collected by the courier.

Warranty

Limited 2 Year Warranty: Apleather offers a limited 2 year warranty for its products sold within the United States and Canada. We will repair or replace any item or set component found to be defective in materials or workmanship within two years of the original retail purchase.

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including abrasions, punctures, cuts, fading, etc.
  • An entire set when one component is in question.
  • Damage caused by apleather, misuse, abuse or alterations.
  • Cost of shipment to Apleather.
  • Return Shipping outside the United States.
  • Consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, including damages to property.

Combination Sets: If a single component, such as a bag or belt, of a combination set is determined to be defective, only the defective component will be replaced or repaired.

Repairs

We offer a limited repair service (stitch and rivet) for the life of our All-Leather Carpenter Style Bags

Due to the nature of the material, our nylon bags are usually not repairable.

Submit a Repair Request. Contact us to receive a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Use the contact form on this page. Please include a few pictures of your repair issue so that we can be of better assistance.

Repairs will not be accepted without a RGA.
